All sales at Made in Brazil are final. Because every style is produced in small runs and our pieces are intimate apparel, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges.

7-day exchange window
You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to inspect your pieces and request an exchange. Requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • With all original tags attached
  • With the hygienic liner and protective sticker intact and in place
  • In its original packaging, with proof of purchase

Any item returned with the hygienic sticker removed, or showing signs of wear, makeup, tanning products, perfume, or odour, will be sent back to you at your cost.

How to request an exchange
Email shop @ madeinbrazil.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you would like instead. We will confirm availability and send you shipping instructions. Items shipped back without an approved exchange request will not be accepted.

Shipping costs
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. We cover shipping on the replacement piece back to you. If a price difference applies, we will send a payment link or a store credit for the balance.

Availability
Our styles are produced in runs of one to five units. If your size or preferred piece is no longer available, we will issue store credit valid for 12 months.

Damages and defects
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If a piece is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at shop @ madeinbrazil.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the legal warranty of quality.

Final sale
Sale items, gift cards, and any item marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.

European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed, which includes swimwear with the hygienic sticker removed.
